2. Services

Villa Party Events USA provides themed event planning and decoration services in the Orlando, Florida area, including but not limited to themed breakfasts, welcome parties, and themed decorations. Our services are subject to availability and geographic coverage.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes generated through our website are estimates for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding contract. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Availability of specific themes, characters, or equipment
• Event location and logistics
• Seasonal pricing adjustments
• Additional requests or modifications

A service agreement is only formed upon mutual written confirmation between you and Villa Party Events USA and receipt of payment.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance to confirm your event reservation. We accept the following payment methods:

• Zelle
• Venmo
• PIX (international transfer)
• Wire transfer
• Credit card (subject to a 5% processing fee)

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax of 6.5% will be added to the total amount.

5. Cancellation and Credit Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations are accepted at any time prior to the event
• Payments are non-refundable but will be converted to a credit
• Credits may be used to reschedule your event to a new date
• Credits are transferable — you may transfer your credit to another person
• Credits do not expire

6. Event Execution

For all events:

• Our team will arrive at the agreed-upon time for setup
• During the event, our team will step away to give you and your guests privacy
• Cleanup and removal of decorations will be coordinated with you — for evening events, removal may occur the following day
• The client is responsible for providing access to the event venue at the agreed-upon time

7. Guest Count and Minimum

Our per-person services (themed breakfast and welcome parties) have a minimum charge equivalent to 6 guests, regardless of the actual number of attendees. Children aged 3 years and older are counted as paying guests.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Villa Party Events USA or its content suppliers and is protected by United States copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without our express written permission.

9. Photos and Media

Villa Party Events USA may take photographs or videos of events for portfolio and marketing purposes. By hiring our services, you consent to the use of event photos on our website, social media, and promotional materials. If you do not wish for your event to be photographed or shared, please inform us in writing prior to the event.

10. Limitation of Liability

Villa Party Events USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific event in question. We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or venue-related issues.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Villa Party Events USA, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this Website. Your continued use of our Website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
